Fitness – not just physical !
All along after reading VK’s posts about the drive within and cycling for physical fitness, I am sure most of you thought of this blog to be revolving around exercise, cycling, jogging etc. Hence I am posting this experience from today to make sure we don’t let the fitness word get ourselves restricted to just the “physical” aspect of it.
