Fitness has quite a unique perspective in everyone’s mind. Some of the common ones that I come across while talking to people are listed below:

  • Don’t eat any junk food
  • Run at least 10 km a day
  • Go to Gym on a daily basis
  • Perform Yoga and Meditation regularly
  • Go for a GM Diet once a month

and so on….
